The apartment is attached to our barrel house and special events space, and just walking distance from award winning 18th Street Distillery and 18th Street Brewery.
This new, private, modern one bedroom unit includes everything you could want in a home away from home. Featuring artwork from local artists, the space is open yet cozy, totally cool, and perfect for that much needed self-care escape - alone or with your person!
Take a walk down to the award winning 18th Street Distillery and 18th Street Brewery for a delectable meal and hand-crafted libations.

Our Special Event space is perfect for social gatherings, weddings, birthday parties and private brunches. Whatever your ideal event is - we can customize the space to meet your wishes. Our historical building will give you and your guests a unique experience complete with a look into our Fermentation and Barrel Storage space. Two attached living spaces are available to book for those who wish to receive the complete celebratory experience.
