Pulled straight from a char level 3 American Oak barrel after a year of aging, filtered, bottled, and served to you. Perfect for the whiskey aficionado. Our strongest offering. Best sipped neat on a special occasion. Tasting notes: earthy wood, almond, orange cake, spice.

RYE WHISKEY 90 PROOF*

This cut is the perfect everyday rye whiskey for those who prefer a touch of sweetness and spice. Best in an Old Fashioned. Tasting notes: baking spices, sweet almond, marzipan, black pepper.

RYE WHISKEY 100 PROOF*

Our signature 90 proof Rye Whiskey, but with a touch more bite to put some hair on your chest. Perfect proof for mixing in cocktails without being lost. Tasting notes: baking spices, caramelized sugar, campfire smoke, black pepper.

RYE MOONSHINE

Moonshine is typically comprised of corn and sugar. Ours includes a heavy dosage of rye in the grain bill. This adds a distinct spiciness as well as enriching the mouthfeel with a delectable creaminess unlike any other. Delicate enough to replace vodka in most drinks, while still letting the spirit shine.


GIN

Citrus and spice forward Gin. Distilled with at least ten different botanicals. Light and refreshing.

RUM

Distilled with black strap molasses. This rum has not hit a barrel, but still imparts a rich butterscotch and caramel taste that is balanced with sweetness.


*In 2016 Drew Fox began spending time with Journeyman Distillery, located in Three Oaks, Michigan. Along with being an invaluable learning experience, it afforded Drew the opportunity to put rye whiskey into barrels. Without this time we would not be able to offer an aged rye whiskey at our opening.
